  • Swap requests are allowed strictly under our Swap-Only Policy (see No Refund/Swap Policy).
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.




2. Swap-Only Policy



  • Swaps are permitted between 4 to 7 days after purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
  • Products must be in brand new, unworn, and original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Swaps are only for items of equal value or higher (with the difference paid).
  • No swaps for worn, used, or damaged items.




3. Product Authenticity



  • Sneaker Cartel guarantees the authenticity of every item we sell.
  • All products are verified before listing or sale.




4. Payment Terms



  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • All prices are listed in ZAR.




5. Liability



  • Sneaker Cartel is not responsible for any damage or loss once the product has been handed over to the customer or third-party courier.
