Refund policy

Sneaker Cartel - No Refund / Swap-Only Policy

At Sneaker Cartel, all sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand things happen. Therefore, we offer a swap-only policy under the following conditions:

• Swap requests must be made no earlier than 4 days and no later than 7 days after the date of purchase.
• The item must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging (including tags, box, and any accessories).
• Only equal value swaps are permitted. If you wish to swap for an item of greater value, you must pay the difference.
• All swap approvals are at the sole discretion of Sneaker Cartel staff.
• No swaps will be accepted for items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
